Setting Up your Spectrum Account:

The HOA pays for your cable box - you have 3 options to choose from:  HD, DVR and Zumo (streaming) boxes.  You also get Basic TV, Paramount + Essential and Disney + Basic.  You will need to go to a Spectrum location to choose your box and will be responsible for the box.  

You will need to give them the community name (Spectrum has us listed as Overlook Riverhaven) and the HOA phone number  205-597-9160.

 

If you are having issues with your Spectrum Cable or Internet please call Spectrum directly at the number below.  You will need to tell them you are a resident but the HOA pays for both the cable and internet:
